Being based in England I was experiencing a lot of difficulty in dealing with my property in Cornwallis Park until I was fortunate enough to find Impact Property Management. Impact Property Management has been managing our property at Cornwallis since February, 2006.  Our experience with Impact Property Management has been a very positive one.  They have exhibited a high degree of competency and professionalism in all our dealings with them.  We have been very satisfied with their ability to manage and oversee the completion of  alterations and services when required, including hiring of reliable individuals and firms to carry out the work or service in a competent, professional and timely manner.  They have exercised good judgement when interviewing and screening prosepective tenants for our property and I am very happy with the services they have provided to us.
